At LullaBitesShop.com, we stand behind every order with a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of confirmed delivery and we will help resolve the issue, including issuing a refund where applicable.

Please note that we do not process change-of-mind refunds or cancellations immediately after an order is placed. Once an order is confirmed, it enters processing and must first be delivered before a refund or return request can be reviewed under this policy. This does not affect refunds required by law, or refunds for orders that are lost, undeliverable, significantly delayed, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Window

You have 60 days from the date your order is marked delivered to request a return or refund.

Refund and return requests are reviewed after the order has been delivered, unless the order is lost, undeliverable, significantly delayed, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a refund under applicable law.

Typical order timeline:

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Shipping transit: 5–12 business days (varies by destination)
• Tracking is provided once your order ships

Requests submitted after the 60-day delivery window may not be eligible.

Eligibility

To qualify:

• Request must be made within 60 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) required
• Unopened products may be returned physically
• Opened products may still qualify under our Money-Back Guarantee

Limit one guarantee refund per household.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened ingestible products cannot be physically restocked or resold.

Items marked Final Sale are non-refundable unless defective.

Subscription Orders

Subscribe & Save orders are subject to our Subscription Policy. Subscription purchases include a 15% discount and require a minimum of two successful subscription payments before cancellation is available.

If you would like to cancel after completing the two-order minimum, please email support@lullabiteshop.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If a renewal order has already been processed or shipped before a cancellation request is received, it may not be eligible for cancellation before fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or we confirm otherwise in writing. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

• 3–5 business days for review
• 5–10 business days for bank processing

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is approved.
