How do I place an order?

Browse our products at LullaBitesShop.com, add your preferred gummies to cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, email us as soon as possible at support@lullabiteshop.com. While we’ll do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment or ships.


I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us with the name and email used at checkout and we’ll help locate your order.


Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes — guest checkout is available. Creating an account simply makes order tracking and order history easier.


Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders (or as shown at checkout). Any shipping charges, if applicable, are shown before payment.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery generally taking 5–12 business days depending on destination.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Shipping availability is shown at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for duties or import taxes imposed by their country.


When will I receive tracking?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


My package says delivered but I can’t find it.

Check with neighbors, front desk, household members, or safe drop locations first.

If still missing, contact the carrier directly, then email us within 14 days at support@lullabiteshop.com and we’ll help.


I entered the wrong shipping address.

Email us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to correct it.
